On Saturday and Sunday lunchtimes, we offer a fantastic value set menu.

(which varies each week)

3 courses for £28.95 or 2 courses for £25.95.

(Please note this menu is unavailable for parties in the Private Dining room)

Below are samples of previous dishes that have been on the weekend October 2014 lunch menu.


Bits of pig terrine, onion and cider sauce, pickles,

mead jelly, pumpernickel.


Cured Cornish mackerel, pâté of cream fraiche, belly meat and dill, pickled cucumber,

blowtorched endive, fried courgette flowers.


New Forest mushrooms, bog myrtle oil, bone marrow gnocchi, black garlic paste,

fried bread.


Charred monkfish, white cocoa bean stew, three corner leek,

squid ink and beer battered mussels, sea vegetables.


Partridge roasted on heather, pickled red cabbage, lentil and leg meat dressing, chestnut,

blowtorched sprout leaves.


Beef sirloin, Alexander salt, pearl spelt risotto, trompettes, kale, dandelion pesto.


Chicory mousse, white chocolate vanilla cheesecake, orange, beetroot granita.


Late summer pudding, wild berries and fruit, nettle ice cream, sloe gin syrup, frozen clotted cream.


Fourme d’Ambert, whipped Gorgonzola, walnut financier,

Pedro Ximenez jelly. (£2.75 supplement)
