On Saturday and Sunday lunchtimes, we offer a fantastic value set menu.

(which varies each week)

3 courses for £28.95 or 2 courses for £25.95.

(Please note this menu is unavailable for parties in the Private Dining room)

Below are samples of previous dishes that have been on the weekend September 2014 lunch menu.

Cured Cornish mackerel, pâté of cream fraiche, belly meat and dill, pickled cucumber,

blowtorched endive.


Oxtail soup, bone marrow and smoked potato dumplings, onion shells, brassicas,

Minus 8 vinegar.


Fish stew of ling and gurnard, roast garlic aioli, burnt almonds, fennel,

Spanish noodles.


Pan fried grey mullet, caramelized cauliflower puree, samphire, caper jam,

cauliflower and grape couscous, sea purslane, verjus dressing.


Confit pork belly, onion squash polenta, seed granola, roasted and toasted squashes, hazelnut,

dried ginger bread, ground elder, orange dressing.


Roast partridge breasts, pickled red cabbage, fig, pearl barley,

smoked maple syrup, chicken of the woods.


Yeast parfait, bread and butter ice cream, malt, puffed barley.


Blue cheese, walnut financier, Pedro Ximenez jelly.


A late summer pudding of wild berries and fruit, nettle ice cream, sloe gin syrup,

frozen clotted cream.
