Weekend Lunch Menu

On Saturday and Sunday lunchtimes, we offer a fantastic value set menu at

3 courses for £25.95 or 2 courses for £22.95.

(Please note this menu is unavailable for parties in the Private Dining room)

Below are samples of previous dishes that have been on the weekend April 2014 lunch menu.


Crispy duck egg, morels, broccoli puree, pea and shallot dressing.

Middle White pork rotolo, toasted pumpkin seeds, nettle puree, grilled radicchio.

Cornish mackerel, watermelon radish, pickled cucumber, soda bread.


Fillet of Cornish pollock, spicy lentils, curried onion and rouille.

Middle White pork presse, smoked apple and beetroot, shallot mash, wild garlic.

18 hour beef cheek, five spice cabbage, violet artichoke, puffed wild rice.


Lemon tart, meringue sorbet.

Ginger sponge, poached rhubarb, custard, woodruff ice cream.

Lancashire bomb, Eccles cake.
