On Saturday and Sunday lunchtimes, we offer a fantastic value set menu.

(which varies each week)

3 courses for £28.95 or 2 courses for £25.95.

(Please note this menu is unavailable for parties in the Private Dining room)

Below are samples of previous dishes that have been on the weekend December 2014 lunch menu.


Seared black pudding and potato terrine, pickled and raw brassicas, chicory friseline.


Soft baked trout, crab and meli melo salad, cucumber, dill and crème fraiche.


Guinea fowl pressing, Alexander puree, poached beetroots, foraged salad.


Crown of pigeon, haggis, onion and stout, pickled red cabbage, rape greens,

purple sprouting broccoli.


Fillet of Cornish cod, mussel and clam chowder, black migas, shaved fennel.


Pork loin, sage and onion stuffing, roast potato, carrots cooked in cider, wild cabbage,

beetroot and apple puree.


Chocolate mousse, cheesecake base, burnt coconut, pineapple marmalade, coconut sorbet.


Yeast parfait, bread and butter ice cream, malt, gingerbread crumb, puffed barley.


Cheese selection, crackers, jam, Granny Smith. (£2.75 supplement)
