Christmas menu for The Black Rat now online

 

Our three course Christmas menu is now up following popular demand and we will soon be taking bookings. The menu offers choices like Roast suckling pig, Grilled black bream, Pheasant and a vegetarian Risotto of butternut squash. Followed by the desert menu which features things like Christmas pudding and Valrhona chocolate delice (for those who want to get an idea of what a delice is here is a sample this recipe).
